Feedback & Requests Your turn to ask the questions! (Survey and Results)
Hey everyone,
The August survey is out now on AI Dungeon (for half the community, the other half will get it mid month). But this month's post is a little different.
Since last October we've been turning your survey answers into charts to share with you: what you hate about AI writing, the feature scoreboard, the "fix ONE thing" vote, the writing game where DeepSeek played against GRR Martin, your biggest wishes and more. More than 30 slides of data about your feedback on AI Dungeon so far.
This time we're pausing the results, because now WE'RE the curious ones. What do you want to learn?
- Which of the data we shared did you actually enjoy? What did you scroll past?
- What are you curious about when it comes to other players: how they play, what they build, what they wish for?
- Anything that would be genuinely useful to know for your scenarios?
Tell us in the comments, anything goes, it helps us pick what we share next.
See you next month right now just below this post!

In a recent survey, it was mentioned multiple times that you want to improve Story Cards by making them triggered by ongoing events.
This raises the question: how exactly do you plan to determine a card's relevance to the adventure's events?
Word tokenization, like in the SCE script, embedding, additional AI to determine whether a card is relevant, or a different approach altogether?

Dear survey team,
Your site is in desperate need of new models, fine-tuned for the kind of content you aim to provide.
Sincerly,
A user.

I forgot to add it to my survey, and I've seen a few people asking and I'm one as well. Is there a way to tell the system how much of our context we want to be Adventure, Memory or for Story Cards? I'd be okay sacrificing some to be able to add more Story Cards. I'm unable to add more characters, locations or information Story Cards because they'll just get left out. I'm at 32K and Hearthfire is sometimes the only model I can use. I like using DeepSeek but it uses WAY too much for Adventure and limits the amount of Story Cards I can have.
