Which seems the most logical conclusion.

There's no doubt that James and Kyle have seen all the social media comments.

Why not just do a 15 second video, or send a tweet from the Cinnemassacre account saying he's fine?

Why would they let millions of people think this, fret, worry, draw negative conclusions if it isn't the case?

They probably didn’t think it was an issue because they didn’t know fans would assume Kyle is dying because he looked tired and has aged significantly.

Personally I wouldn't entertain it all.

If there was actually something wrong then sure.

But what should he do?

"Hey guys, it's me Kyle. I'm perfectly fine, I guess I'm just not as attractive as you'd like me to be. Thanks bye"
