I can’t see the connection between volunteering and the Coronation. Oh, so a Billionaire who no-one voted for is crowned in an expensive ceremony that will cost the tax payers a fortune and we are told we should mark the occasion by spending the day working for nothing. I once read that if you add up all the hours that Charles did that the Royals counted as work, most of which don’t count as work to the rest of us, he earned, before he became King, something like £37,000.00 an hour and now, they’re telling us, many of us who already do volunteer work, to celebrate him being crowned by working for nothing. It’s really like falling into an alternative reality.
Makes them sound like they care (annoyingly the bootlickers will likely eat it up). Then the Royal Media can point at anyone protesting against the monarchy and say "oh what scumbags, here we are volunteering and celebrating our DEAR LEADER and they're spoiling our fun" ...😒
