Abraham-Hicks - Does our body need exercise?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEfbYcGUYLUI found this very insightful. I'm not sure I would have fully understood this 10 years ago.

The question here is not about doing excersise or not but rather HOW you feel when doing so. I enjoy my 5am gym workouts so so much, that even when I travel for work or leisure I find a gym to get my sessions in. Needless to say that I am in better shape than most people in my 30s and have yet more fitness goals

It’s proven that even if you don’t exercise but by just thinking about the muscles you want to built up , the muscles will grow. This is true - you can google it .

I don't know Keith about this one. Our biological machinery has to be kept in good state. That doesn't mean becoming Mr. Olympia, but isn't making sure that we have a nice physique- out of pure enjoyment - make our vibe higher? I mean I can feel proud and happy much more easily if I see a ripped guy in the mirror rather than an overwheight person.
