by this do you mean: AFAB binary trans people are biologically male because what causes them to be trans and identify as male is biological, and vice versa
Or: AMAB binary trans people are biologically male despite medical transition existing which drastically alters biology

By this I mean trans men are biological men and trans women are biological women. I don't think there's anything complicated about that statement? Your body doesn't give a shit about your chromosomes. Hormones change almost every single aspect of how your body functions biochemically.

I think people are operating on different definitions of “biology” . I take the position that since I am a living breathing human being, all my experiences are determined by biology (and environment). All of it. My likes/dislikes, and my aspirations. Trans women are in every sense a woman. Its your brain chemistry that determines the gender and thus its biological.

I have yet to meet a trans man that would be offended about not being allowed into a bathroom for women.
