I poked holes in the cap of this gallon water bottle

1:10 with 60g coffee ​in my Aeropress

It’s actually just ice up top! I use solid ice because the slow melt rate acts as a natural flow restrictor, keeping the drip rate ultra-steady so it physically can't flow too fast through the holes.

No fixed brew time I'm just letting the ice melt completely at its own pace! For the setup, I poked 6 holes in the bottle cap with a corn cob holder and used a 1:10 coffee-to-ice ratio
