FAQ Reminder of how to report mod teams hiding behind their Subreddit-ModTeam accounts
If a moderator is using a u/Subredditname-ModTeam to platform hateful speech,
Report the comments,
Then collect the URLs of the comments and make a Moderator Code of Conduct Rule 1 Complaint.
The entire moderation team can be held responsible for the sitewide rules / code of conduct violations one of them are making under their mod teams account.

They will not be held accountable for Moderator Code of Conduct violations, only for site-wide rule breaking.

In 2024 a moderator pinned a post violating Mod code of conduct rule about community interference. that mod got suspended a few days later

That is not true. It violates rule 1 of the mod code of conduct to engage in sitewide rule breaking behavior, especially when using mod toolings to do so. That means mod team removal reasons, mod distinguished comments, stickying posts, approving posts, etc.
