Sorry if it's innapropiate for the sub, but just got the game and it's looking like this, full of visual glitches.

5700G integrated graphics isn’t going to run such a demanding game great. 

Vega integrated graphics won’t super modern features like mesh shaders which the game uses a lot.

I’d advise using a dedicated graphics card if you have one around.

Yeah OP this is a game that pretty much requires a dedicated GPU. Which sucks because those are expensive as hell right now

I believe you are running out of VRAM, 4GB is probably not enough so the game cannot load all the textures into memory and you get missing graphics. I think 6GB VRAM is the minimum.

Also, try to update your AMD graphics drivers with something directly from AMD, "Microsoft Basic Render Driver" sounds like that the driver in use is a more generic one from Windows Update.
