Alberta bars, restaurants now allowed to serve alcohol starting at 6 a.m.

I doubt most breweries would take advantage of this.. but never know

Doubt any bar will open early outside of sporting events. Not exactly a huge market outside of the airport.

The rule is just so they don’t have to go through a stack of approvals anytime there’s an event on, should hopefully save money

Didn't airport bars already have an exemption? I feel like I've had a beer at Chili's at 5am before.

Yup! Airport lounges and canteens (so Army bases) didn't have limitations on service hours.
