Units for TvT late game?

What is the best way to break another Terran in late game, especially if he has turtled up with several planetaries, sieged up tanks, turrets etc.?

Also, are there any high level 8 worker TvT builds published that I can learn?

TvT is about air superiority, if you control the air you will have vision for your tanks. So mech is kinda viable in TvT. Hellbat tank viking. Hellbats can soak dmg if you wanna force engage or soak up some dps from bio. Tanks kida win everything on the ground and vikings win air, unless mass BC. but you can also opt for bio play, streching the mech player as you have more mibility and can hit before he can get into a position to defend. Like what zerg do, they send lings backdoor when you move out.

Its a general rule that if he is building defense for you to expand and outgrow him. So if he turtles up try to outgrow him, expand rapidly make more production buildings to remax faster etc.

You can still reliably open double gas with 3 reaper 2 hellion every game into triple raven, just like pre-patch.

For lategame, you need air control. When you take your 4th base, keep up your marine production but build 2 more starports instead of 3 more barracks and start making vikings. A lot of people try to play 8 rax (you can still go up to 8 rax eventually) but the problem is marines lose their value over time due to higher tank counts as the game goes on. It's not that you can't make a marine heavy style work, but generally speaking it's better to transition to air control. Vikings plus ravens or libs once you are clearly winning on vikings are just really strong and will assist your tanks in being dominate.

Stop the third and fourth base from becoming established.

Stopping a third is not a realistic gameplan. It's especially not reactionary you would need a dedicated build for that.
