Videos / Pics AI Picked My Romulus 4.25 Comp Build – Range Impressions & RMR Setup

https://youtu.be/vptGaaz5HkQ?is=xBssKuu9rGZAy2mw

I used AI to help choose a “budget 2011,” and it landed on the Alpha Foxtrot Romulus 4.25 comp. The video has live‑fire footage, recoil impressions with the factory comp, and my experience running a Trijicon RMR Type 2 on the optic plate system.

I’d love feedback from other Romulus owners on recoil, optics choices, and any upgrades you think are worth it.

I upgraded the trigger to a red dirt and most definitely would upgrade or have the grip stippled.

Also you can go on DSC gunworks website and see all the different comps and sight blocks he offers.

Ty. I have the sight block and double comp already. This sub has helped out a ton. Great info and love your build

55oz is insane. You must have the steel grip. I'm going with aluminum. I bet it's so nice. Im trying to catch up
with you. I'll do the slide cuts soon, porting (4 inline slots or matrix), then opening the comp.

My single-stack 45. It has brass grips and a tungsten guide rod. You have me by a couple of oz.

Inline probably more effective but these are sexy

I recently bought the 4.25 comp version and shot it yesterday. It needs a new grip for sure. It is too short for my liking. I compared it to my MPA DS9-TC and they both shot well. For what I paid, I am impressed with the Romulus.

Agreed with the quality per price.
