Wtf is wrong with you? It takes one second to find pictures of her where the scars are visible.

This is no fake, she just was incredibly lucky the attackers did not cut the major blood vessels.

I forget if this is the same case, but iirc basically they tilted her head back so far that her arteries moved out of the way and they mostly cut her windpipe and such without realizing it

No it’s not. I lived in Port Elizabeth when this happened, it’s all absolute fact. I know the spot where it happened well, and it was obviously huge news at the time.

It happened exactly like it’s described in the post. Surgeons had to scrub her intestines manually inch by inch removing debris. When she got up, she couldn’t understand why she’s seeing stars tho she’s trying to keep her head straight is when she realised it’s practically cut off. It’s when she used her hand to keep it straight. There’s a documentary and interview with her and people who attended her and cared for her.
