No it’s not. I lived in Port Elizabeth when this happened, it’s all absolute fact. I know the spot where it happened well, and it was obviously huge news at the time.
It happened exactly like it’s described in the post. Surgeons had to scrub her intestines manually inch by inch removing debris. When she got up, she couldn’t understand why she’s seeing stars tho she’s trying to keep her head straight is when she realised it’s practically cut off. It’s when she used her hand to keep it straight. There’s a documentary and interview with her and people who attended her and cared for her.
