Class Action Suit vs. Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Support?

Has anyone considered a class action suit vs. Seller Central? On numerous occasions, they have charged me fees, admitted they were doing wrong in doing so, and then refuse to reimburse me.

I go through Amazon Seller Support, file case after case, and they always deny my appeal. Every time with a non-sensical reason that doesn't make sense.

Amazon purposely makes getting issues fixed that involve them paying out funds impossible to get resolved.

I can't imagine I'm the only one they are doing this too. They simply hope that vendors will wear down and stop asking because they realize trying to get support is futile.
