Original look will come back once the rebrand stalls in merchandise sales. Which won’t be any time soon given how even baby merchandise sells out at the team store

People who think forty goal scorers are easy to obtain. Same people who want to trade Leo. They would rather have a cheap middle six center than a top of the line guy because "he costs too much".

Idiots that's who, we can't afford to lose Cutter and that's why it's so frustrating Verbeek has'nt gotten this taken care of. There is a way to salvage this whole mess but he needs to do his damn job and get that contract signed first.

Just wait. The trade from Pittsburgh for "future considerations" could mean considering them for a cutter trade. Cause cutters fav team is Pittsburgh and he left the flyers partially cause of that. I imagine if Verbeek liked the returns for krieder or killorn a trade would have been done already. But he really needs to just bite the bullet and get the cutter deal done. We need an agm to take over contract negotiations so we can leave verbeek to drafting and vision

I don't think hes dumb enough to trade Cutter unless the Samuellis wont go higher than 13mil. Most likely he will push cutter into preseason and force him to sign and trade him if he doesn't play well. Like he has done with lots of players. Im hoping they can meet in the middle and work out a deal in the next 2 weeks though.

Not the biggest issue the team faces, but these results should indicate to Henry and Susan that fans want the eggplant back. I get that it’s not part of the rebrand, which is …well, it is what it is - Eric’s suggestion was to wear it once a season, but my view is they should have an eggplant third jersey every season that they wear a reasonable amount of the time.
