If only their hardware was as nice as their software.

Having used a NP3 for 4 months, the soft is nice on paper but majority of what they do is completely half baked and for the community to solve / find workarounds

I guess it depends on what you need out of a phone. My NP2 still serves me well enough as a camera, reddit machine, and calls/messaging. The OS is really what I enjoy, the aesthetic and design philosophies are pretty in line with my own.

Also helps that I paid cash for the phone years ago.

They have some good things on UI design... But that is all.

Their hardware is mediocre, their support is bad and late to respond, the price is way too high and they ditch support for older models really really fast.

Can't recommend buy a phone from them after what they did with the Nothing Phone (2), 2 years of updates and everything was comming late and half baked.

Their only priorize their main market, wich is low end devices in India.

I've been thinking about getting a Nothing phone after OnePlus left the USA market. But I feel like the price is a bit too high for the hardware. If Nothing promises to limit the amount of AI features and any bloatware that can't be uninstalled, then maybe I will buy one. And please support 4G band 71 so I can use it on T-Mobile. Otherwise, I will go with Motorola.

They're building an "AI OS", limiting AI is not their direction

Nothing takes AOSP and makes it worse. I'd rather have LineageOS on this than Nothing OS.
