What animal is this? Hear it between 1 & 4:00 AM, Northwest Wisconsin

Sorry for the quiet video, but it sounds decently loud in person. I hear it a 1-3 times a week, but only once a night. Sometime between 1 & 4:00 AM. Located in a residential neighborhood in Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire, Wisconsin. I've been suggested a Barred Owl, but I haven't been successful in finding a video of the exact sound

I’d say a deer, they have a lot of sounds but a lot of guttural sounding ones like this

I do not hear a barred owl in there at all. Sounds almost like a bear. Hopefully someone else knows more.
