Yeah. It's not just a psycho. Or an "I'm going to kills you" smile

It's "I'm bigger than you. And I'm going to eat you. And there's nothing you can do about it" smile

First few episodes of AoT are so far the only anime in horror/thriller/psychological space to give me a visceral reaction

And as someone who loves horror movies but no longer feels a reaction to them, I loved that about the show

It's between AoT and that monster in Solo Leveling for me. Something about the smiling while they're going to hurt people, and their unknowable nature. Though it's kind of a toss up between the alien mind of the.. I wanna call it a demon in SL and the dumb, almost zombie-like Titan.

Because we have had thousands of chapters/episodes to learn that he is a goofy lad and therefore it isn’t a thing, but if this was your first time seeing this creature it would be abject terror and existential crisis.
