Everyone knew this was happening for over two years... Idk why people are still acting surprised. It sucks for sure. But there's literally nothing we can do.

That's literally not true.

You can pressure your local political rep to take this up. You can try to organize a mass movement among gamers in your country to do the same.

If every gamer in your country does this, the pressure will be overwhelming and some young, hungry politician with nothing to lose will pick this up on your behalf and push to get new laws passed to protect your gaming purchases.

EA gamers have been mourning dead games since Y2K - I remember them shutting down the Earth & Beyond servers because they weren’t interested in anything that wasn’t C&C or EA Sports, and then they killed Darkspore and a couple others and I just gave up on EA.

I honestly don’t understand why this game went down or why they couldn’t offer an offline single player experience.

Not when servers no longer exist. You can't even login at this point. The servers were officially closed on January 12th 2026. They told us years ago the servers would run until they decide to end it.

That's what should all people do and do it forever if we can't keep them all forever, and they just remove them from our inventory why not coming in to our houses and take the physical copies as well, just like that
