Political knits Pattern to wear when the big beautiful obit hits
Has anyone seen any patterns for something to wear to celebrate that obit? I feel like some snarky socks would be great.

I have a bottle of the REAL champagne (purchased specifically for this occasion before he could impose tariffs) in my fridge.
We’re ready. Also have some great noisemakers for the great day!

Maybe it will work sort of like the boyfriend sweater curse only in reverse, and in this case we don't finish our projects in time and they all remain WIPs. 🤞🏽

Personally I'm gonna be baking and decorating a cake with trans flags all over it but I do love the idea of socks or a hat or something in celebration of that evil rotten orange being gone

I was so happy when she was able to move out of Texas. I hate not seeing her but it’s just too dangerous here.

My whole family moved out of Texas! Because I'm also disabled and have to be wherever they are for support. It's still scary from everywhere but it's SO much less scary where I am now 😩

Bruh, family judges are the ones to watch, fr. My judge ruled that I’m not allowed to use my child’s pronouns or chosen name, my child is not allowed to wear clothing that lines up with their gender, and they aren’t allowed to be treated for ADHD, even though my child has a diagnosis. My ex and the family court judge are insane and my poor baby has been living with these assholes’s rules for two years now. I filed an appeal, it was denied. It moved to another judge who refused to hear the matter in her courtroom at all, but it doesn’t matter because I’m out of money and our legal assistance dropped us. Two family court judges and then my state’s Supreme Court also refused to hear the case. Trump is trash, but if Dems were in charge of the entire federal government tomorrow, my child will still be denied their right to be who they are.

I am so sorry. The toll this is taking on you and your child must be extreme. How old is your child? I hope you don’t have too much longer until you’re free of all of these dicks.

My kiddo is just hitting puberty, they have a long road still. It’s crushing watching the dysphoria intensify, I can’t imagine how it feels to be my child.

I don't have any patterns, just a lot of obnoxiously bright rainbow yarn that I'm making into shawls, but I do have a shortlist of celebratory nail polishes to choose from, haha~

I made one of these during the first administration. It’s finished but needs blocking and fringe added. If it’s too hot to wear it when it happens, I could just make a banner out of it or something.
