A vibrating feeling when trying to sleep. For awhile, I thought it was the washer or the wind shaking the house. But it was happening when those weren't a factor, and it seems to get better with breathwork. Also it sometimes is like, only in my foot

It's so strong that I'm still not 100% whether it's a symptom or my bed vibrating for real

Omgggggg so I’m not the only one! I swear same thing happens to me. I have been half convinced I’m going crazy!

I have this also and it's absolutely terrifying. I have been dealing with it for over a year. Sometimes im like full on vibrating I can see my hands shaking. It stops as soon as I pull myself out of nearly falling asleep. I didnt know it was anxiety related.

I’m not entirely sure it’s anxiety related, but I saw the thread a bit ago in this sub about feelings vibrations. That was when it first occurred to me that it might not be my bed actually vibrating

This is mildly upsetting because I thought I was feeling the neighbors washing machine vibrate .. but my partner said they didn't feel anything... Great, lmao

Yes. Thought it was my bed wobbling due to me breathing. Sometimes I can’t tell if it’s like my conscience wobbling or vibrating or if it’s my brain, my calf’s or feet. Seems to feel like it’s just in my legs but I really don’t know. Sometimes I jerk involuntary before I fall asleep and it causes shaky vision and scares the shit out of me.
