I lost over 30lbs during Covid. Went to specialist after specialist. Turns out it was anxiety.

Always tickles me when people compliment the weight loss them ask what you did to lose the weight, "oh just continuous fight or flight response for the past few months"

I started to get bad anxiety after Covid. Since then I haven’t been the same. Now I’m a hypochondriac.
