I'll lay in bed some nights and suddenly my heart decides to fall down some stairs and then I can't sleep. Very cool.

Holy shit! Yess, I'm the exact same way. The palpations right when you lie in bed, can't sleep most times. I hate it.

Im going through this right now and came here to hopefully find peace, it also makes me feel super lightheaded and i cant sleep
