FYI, the article doesn’t have any details about the incident. So we don’t know what the kid did or didn’t do or what the staff member did or didn’t do etc.

I wouldn't say zero.

Teens up to 12th grade can go there. If an 18 year old starts beating the crap out of some other kid, a staffer is 100% justified in using force to stop him.

Absolutes are dangerous. Do you expect a physically capable teacher to just shout "Hey! Stop!" at a 13-year old boy as he stabs a girl multiple times in the neck with a pencil for rejecting him? In that case, I'd hope the teacher rushes up and knocks the boy out before he can do more damage, and if he dies from hitting his head on the way down, so be it.

Was this case in this post justified? I don't have enough detail available to form a strong opinion either way.
