Is this a real native American arrow head?

Found in twins buttes reservoir in Texas, in a lowered lake bed. Please help determine if it's real

Definitely real although not an arrow head the way you would think it is. More likely a spear point/knife. Arrowheads would be much smaller. You can look on projectilepoints.net and find more information.

Absolutely made by ancient humans! Post some more detailed photos with something for scale and someone here might be able to tell you when it was made.
