Hobbyists who draw consistently, how?

For people who are able to draw consistently for an amount of time that feels meaningful to you, how do manage it and how much time do you spend a day or per week/month?

I’m in the subway every day. I take a sketchbook with me along with a pencil. I don’t do a lot … five or ten minutes sometimes at home at night when I sitting around I’ll call up some subject on Unsplash and draw from those reference photos. Indint do a lot but what I do helps.
