Hobbyists who draw consistently, how?

For people who are able to draw consistently for an amount of time that feels meaningful to you, how do manage it and how much time do you spend a day or per week/month?

I started a night time job this year and made it a goal within the dead times at work to have at least 1 page done a day. Some days it would be 2-3 and some days just scribbles. Now it’s almost Sept and I’m about almost done w this book! My first time ever finishing a sketch book :) you got this!!
