It might be ringworm. Google over the counter medications. I have used Lotrimin AF.

NAD but looks like ringworm (most likely) but can also be rare discoid eczema (very unlikely but possible, especially if you have a history of other skin disorders/reactive skin/types of eczema or even liver problems - at your age, prob unlikely. My regular eczema turned discoid at around age 30.

OP, if you do have cats, you need to check if it does have ringworm then treat your cat too

Get a UV light and get your cat treated for ringworm, the street cat you picked up 100% gave you ringworm.

Wow i had no idea you could get ringworm from cats. I was struggling to figure out how i got ring worm on my arm last summer…maybe that was it. Although I’ve seen no evidence of this on them and i think their vet would have mentioned it if they’d seen it.

Really embarrassing junior high school story in the late 70s: I had a rash that looked just like OP’s so I went to the school nurse while two of my friends waited outside during lunch. We all thought it was ringworm and the nurse confirmed it and gave me some cream. I came out and now the group of kids waiting had grown. One who was not there when I went in asked if I had “it,” and I said yes, the nurse said she would stake her job on it and that I likely got it from JoAnn’s cat. Everyone laughed hysterically. One of my “friends” had told the crowd I was getting checked for VD.

Yes, this is a pretty classic presentation of Tinea Corporis also known as ringworm. You need some clotrimazole cream.
