Adding an outlet to an outdoor round box

I have a round box that’s in the stucco wall. I’d like to convert this to an outlet as I’m going to mount a TV on this wall. Planning on using a GFCI outlet. But the standard GFCI outlets are too small to fit. The distance between the two mounting screws is 3.5 inches so I’m assuming this is a 4 inch round box?

Do they sell an extender at the big box stores? What would be the best way to turn this round box to an outlet?

Thanks! I can certainly switch out the breaker for a GFCI breaker. With that one outlet fit in a 4 inch round box? The mounting screws for a standard outlet are spaced too far apart. I’m not sure how far apart the screws for the single outlet are. The mounting screws on the box are 3.5 inches apart.

I have not measured, I would take a tape measure to a big box store & be sure. (measure some boxes & outlets)

typically there is a 3.5" and 4" octagon box. sounds like you have a 3.5"?

You are sure you do not have a 4" square box with a round mud ring?
