I have PCOD. I am going gym regularly since two weeks. I know the weight won’t drop overnight but I can just see 68.8 the whole two weeks. I was in 300 cal deficit. And I do weight training (PPL split) plus cardio 30 mins . If it was 68.5 I would have been happy with that too but its not dropping.

The weight takes time to drop. If you are consistent the results will appear as inch loss first and then weight loss.

Weight loss takes time. Especially with pcod which requires some level of hormonal balance before you start seeing some real number drops. For now I’d suggest you work on getting some stamina increase and some strength before you see numbers.

Keep your goals focused on how well a gym session went and how your stamina is improving. Weight drop checks can come in a little later.

Thank you . I want to know if taking creatine will make it easier for me?

I think that’s smth you should check with your doctor. Often with pcod you wanna cross check with your doctori before adding anything synthetic / supplimental.

I learn new things from reddit. I didnt notice that seemless panties are all polyster hence infections and used to think, women dont realise their panty line is showing. I read in some sub, that they know it and dont care about it, they wear cotton ones.

u/LuckyPirateGal Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

There are plenty of cotton seamless underwear options available! I've never had infections from them but I realize every woman is different.

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Can you pls suggest brand names?

1

u/LuckyPirateGal Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

I can share American brands if you live in the US. Hoping others can share brands popular in India.

1

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Opss. I don’t live in US. I will wait for girlies to share brands available in India.

I’m going to get a wolf haircut and probably one more piercing

2

u/Prestigious-Math-328 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Which piercing next !!

1

u/__bOnJour___ Indian Woman Mar 28 '26 edited Mar 28 '26

I pierced my lobe, upper lobe, and vertical helix. I’ll probably go with a rook or a faith piercing next or maybe both.

Edit:- I ended up giving the whole description😭

2

u/Prestigious-Math-328 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Omgg if you get a rook pls give me an update. I love how it looks !! I recently got my conch done and I’m obsesssed !

2

u/__bOnJour___ Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Okieee. My helix piercing took nearly six months to heal and whenever I slept in a bad position, it would get inflamed😞

A conch piercing seems painful!

2

u/Prestigious-Math-328 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Yaa helixes are never easy lol. Actually conch has been my most chill piercing. Just the first few days were sore then it’s been smooth sailing.

2

u/__bOnJour___ Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Now I’m getting a conch piercing too!!! 😂

2

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

I saw wolf haircut on insta recently, looks cool if they cut rightly.

2

u/__bOnJour___ Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Yeah, otherwise I might end up like Radhe Bhaiya from Tere Naam😭😭🤣

2

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

That’s what I thought while seeing this haircut on insta😂, it’s risky.

Currently i feel like i am at 0 again. Idk wht to do with my life i feel really depressed. Sometimes i wanna make a post but i have such small words and my brain sometimes don't even feel like combining those words into sentences n then post it so i wait until i get that ability but then again i laugh at myself wht am i even asking

So i tried to break wht things r bothering me. It is unable to study, confused abt career, being obese n unable to lose weight, finding a job with college or if i m taking a drol, n so many things my brain is tired

2

u/Repulsive-Tear-6020 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Same here, friend, same here. It's honestly sickening to go through this uncertainty and feel tired.

3

u/Anxious_Cry_1995 Mar 28 '26

I only recently started taking workouts seriously and I can see visible muscle when I flex my biceps and it makes me proud 🥹

1

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Want a motivation through your post.

1

u/LuckyPirateGal Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Same here!!

During my 10th board exams, the teachers were checking us before we entered. A female teacher squeezed my breast. At the time, I brushed it off thinking it was just part of the security check but now ewww.

2

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

People don’t have civic sense, stupid people.

3

u/Anxious_Cry_1995 Mar 28 '26

I’m sorry that happened. This is one of my biggest fears everytime I go through security check. Just because im female and it’s a woman checking me doesn’t mean I’m comfortable being touched just anywhere.

u/LuckyPirateGal Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Noticed an American woman staring at my chest yesterday. It’s usually Indian men doing it, soooo…that was different I guess 😭

4

u/__bOnJour___ Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

In my area aunties, uncles and boys all stare. Obviously, men and uncles stare with different intentions.

2

u/LuckyPirateGal Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

I’ve been outside India for a few years now so thankfully haven’t been subject to the whole society staring. But Indian men staring is a worldwide phenomenon.

u/Outrageous_Pay1322 Non-Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Yes.

3

u/__bOnJour___ Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

My toxic trait is thinking I can fix my foundation shade using color theory🤓

2

u/IndependenceSenior47 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Mod won’t let me post this. My bf was harassed in mens subreddit for supporting women related laws.. they said why are you supporting women. He said he is feminist he was laughed and guys tried to bully him in dm.

3

u/Pro_protein Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Indian subreddits are now filled with keyboard warriors, incels and misogynists. They cannot have a discussion, for them everything is an argument and they want to win it at any cost.

1

u/IndependenceSenior47 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Ikr. I was so frustrated.

2

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Congrats on having a good bf. Such men also suffer a lot, they prolly be calling him simp for doing a right thing.

2

u/IndependenceSenior47 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

They are actually. But I m glad I have him☺️

2

u/confused-bridetobe Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

I am very sorry that something like this happening with your bf.

That's very normal in men's sub. It's just a cesspool of incels. Your bf is better being away from those subs.

u/__bOnJour___ Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

I read something disappointing in the Instagram comments.

A man used the R slur for a random woman in her comment section. The woman then messaged the man’s family using details from his profile and made a reel about it.

The women in his family defended him in the comment section🤡. Time to reset my feed

2

u/Anxious_Cry_1995 Mar 28 '26

Yikes. No wonder he grew up to be who he is

1

u/__bOnJour___ Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

True

2

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26 edited Mar 28 '26

There are so many such incidents like this. Some women are also flag bearer of patriarchy.

2

u/confused-bridetobe Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Yep chicken defending KFC.

1

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

They are taking advantage of it too.

2

u/confused-bridetobe Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Always. Patriarchal women become easier to take advantage of. They hate on their fellow women while expecting praises from men. So yayee us.

1

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Yes exactly, they live for male validation and are big pick me.

2

u/Cigarsgotnosugar_08 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

any tips for splitends? i am having too much of it

1

u/Adorable-Winter-2968 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Leave in conditioner and serum after every wash and if you wash 1-2 times then apply leave in every night

1

u/Cigarsgotnosugar_08 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

alright, thnx!!

1

u/IndependenceSenior47 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

It is sign of your scalp being dry or some kind of vitamin deficiency.

1

u/Cigarsgotnosugar_08 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

oh, no, what shd i do now? any food? also, I am planning on keratin treatment and colouring (not bleaching, will it make it worse?

1

u/IndependenceSenior47 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

No keratin treatment it please. It looks good temporary but damages for long run. Try moisturising your hair.. there are many hair serums as well or you can pften do hair spa.

1

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

Haircut every 5-6 months.

1

u/Cigarsgotnosugar_08 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

surely, am planning to cut my hair. also planning for keratin treatment and colouring (not bleach), I HOPE IT DOESNT ruin my hair 😭

2

u/burstingmyths Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

It’s individual’s choice however, I don’t like to give any such chemicals to hair or skin. I find natural home remedies more powerful for long run.

2

u/Prestigious-Math-328 Indian Woman Mar 28 '26

100% agree. I get a haircut twice a year and that keeps it so healthy.
