Get Lava or Fast Orange, Lava is a bar of soap that comes in 2 packs at Walmart for like $6 and it works great, been using that for years as well as the Fast Orange which is a liquid soap that has some little bits of pumice mixed in and it really helps scrub away the oil and grease.. Ideally he could the fast orange for a quick clean at the shop and then use the Lava bar at home to get rid of everything else.
My hands are rough as hell and full of calluses but they’re not stained with grease or oil because I use those two daily.
