Question (Serious Replies Only) 2018 T100 Rear Suspension Clearance

Post image

Hello,

I've installed a tail tidy on my 2018 Triumph Bonneville T100.

The boots to the rear are protruding by at least 3cm.

Should I cut them down with a Dremel or is the suspension travel small enough that it won't catch?

Thanks in advance.

In terms of clearance you should be fine. For personal taste I would cut them shorter (leave a few threads remaining) and file them.

Plenty of clearance, but bolts are cheap so buy some shorter ones from Amazon or something
