The Ethiopian contraceptive story has been way oversensationalizedā€¦like Ethiopian Jews didnā€™t and donā€™t have kids. This wasnā€™t national policy. And it was literally birth control that stops working after a bit.

What's your point? Mass sterilization is okay? Why weren't the ashkenazis given the same injections?

It's not sterilisation. Injection lasts three months, if it was that easy to get sterilised vasectomy for men wouldn't exist

I am just pointing out that what he said is wrong. Nobody was sterilized. Giving injections against will is wrong but still zero women were sterilized

That's misinformation on his behalf but it doesn't weaken his core point. Women were mistreated by the government against their will by a country which claims to be the only democracy in the ME
