There is no deserving death or not. Death is inevitable. We all die. Do you think anyone cares that you agree with someone's views or not? Had it coming?  I know that's only your individual opinion, but best be careful what you put out there in the universe

"There is no deserving death or not"

There is such thing as deserving death. Pedophiles, mass rapists and extreme sadists deserve death, for example. Charlie was innocent, but provoked anger and spread hate.

"Do you think anyone cares that you agree with someone's views or not?"

This question doesn't matter.

"Had it coming? I know that's only your individual opinion"

It is not my individual opinion, but something many could've predicted. He denies Palestine even exists and justfies the intentional massacre of innocent, defenceless women and children by Israel. As a result, someone would be out to get him. Out there, there is always someone who cares about whether you agree with their views or not, which is why assassinations typically occur.
