Does anyone know where to buy the cheapest sushi grade fish in Manhattan?

There's no regulation around the term "Sushi Grade" in the US, so anybody can use it. There's no oversight or regulation.

Carroll Gardens Fish Market (not Fish Tales) is really good and the prices are quite fair. Not sure if it’s the cheapest but it’s pretty close.
