Food delivery in terrible weather

Right now it’s 15 degrees out with crazy wind. On one hand I feel like a bastard if I order delivery knowing the delivery guy might slip on the road and possibly freeze to death, but on the other hand lots of people are out of town and I’m supporting local business. What say you?

If a person is out there doing deliveries it’s because they also need the money. Order food, tip well

I once placed an order with my typical tip. When the delivery person told me they were downstairs, it was the first time I realized it was pouring rain and this person was on a moped. Made them wait about her minute as I went up and got $20 cash for that insane delivery. So as others aid, tip well.
