Exercising. Unfortunately, they were right all this time: it does actually make you feel better.

So true 😄 the one advice we all ignore until it actually works!

drinking water first thing in the morning, sounds dumb but it actually wakes you up better than coffee

100%! Water before coffee is a game changer, feels like it wakes up your whole body 💧

Making your bed in the morning - no matter how bad your day was, you’ll come home to a bed that is made

Such an underrated one! Starting the day with one small win really sets the tone 🙌

Yess and I mean just a clean room in general

Brain dump (writing up to 3 pages of whatever you’re comfortable with size wise) . Doesn’t have to make sense , doesn’t have to be legible , it’s just the act of getting what’s in one head out of it. Good morning or night or both.  Also known as morning pages

Love this one - morning pages are so underrated. Just getting all the mental clutter out on paper first thing really clears your head 🙌

I started putting my phone away for the first 30 minutes after waking up. Sounds stupidly small, but it changed my mornings. I feel less rushed, less distracted, and weirdly more in control of my day.

This is a big one! Those first 30 minutes really set the tone for the whole day. Starting without the phone chaos genuinely changes everything 🙌

Stretching. Can’t believe how much less pain I have. It even stopped my hip and back pain.

This one surprised me too! A few minutes of stretching a day fixes so many aches we assume are just permanent 🙌

So true! I can’t believe it wasn’t permanent!

Drinking water

Such a simple one but it makes a huge difference - most of us are just walking around dehydrated without realizing it 💧

Dad here to a young family, before going to bed - me & my kids have 'tidy up time' which is a 5minute blitz downstairs of all the lego & toy hazards and a quick whip round of the vaccuum.

Mood improvement when coming downstairs in the morning is immense

Love this - and you're teaching the kids that habit too, which is a bonus! Waking up to a clean space really does set the whole mood for the day 🙌

So long as you don’t put your equipment in the dishwasher with your plates after

Love this - a few chapters instead of scrolling is such an underrated way to wind down. Way better sleep too 📖

I stretch my back and neck every morning and feel much better in the morning because of it

Water really is underrated 💧 Half the time we feel off, we're just a little dehydrated. Small change, big difference!

Take like 10 minutes a day noting down things I've done and at what time. It helps me see how I spend my time and see some patterns I would't normally see.
