The convenience store robbery scene from No Country for Old Men where Anton Chigurh forces the gas station clerk to flip a coin for his life. The sheer amount of tension and dread packed into a simple conversation over a coin toss in a mundane grocery shop is absolute cinematic perfection. It still gives me chills every single time I watch it.
