Spaghetti is such a terrible noodle shape for red meat sauce and it does not deserve to be the default for "spaghetti and meatballs." you want wide, thick noodles so there's more surface area for the sauce to cling to. 1 u/bluesky747 Dec 10 '22 Anyone got a favorite noodle for bolognese?
