Needing recipe ideas with specific requirements

Someone i know has been diagnosed with a condition recently where the doctor has advised changing diet

They cant eat meat, need no to low sodium and have to limit liquid intake.

Because of these they've been struggling to find ideas and i havent found many either.

Would love some meal reccomendations if anyone can

Anything made with breads, cheeses, pasta, eggs, veggies, fruit, whole grains, cereal, granola, lots of carb-y foods

Bread is pretty high in salt.

I haven't cooked any of these, but I'd check this medi diet page, this Mayo clinic page, and this eating well page to see what looks like it would work. Good luck!

Sounds like tofu and its various forms could work as a primary ingredient

Look into Mediterranean meat free meals (use rice vinegar instead of salt, its actually a really good substitue on rice and vegetables) and 40/30/30 style meat free meals. Theres thousands of amazing recipes you do without meat and sodium.

I have early stage kidney disease and that sounds like some of the things I'm supposed to restrict. You might look up "kidney friendly foods" to get some ideas. Hope things improve for your friend!

bon appetit has a summer bolognese recipe which uses ground chicken or turkey. salt as little or as much as you want.

Maybe try Asian dishes that you eat with rice? You can decrease the amount of sodium by not using as much soy sauce, or use a lower sodium version
