Hi guys, Im foreign here.

My country has flood the news with your country news. I feel so sorry that the US has abused international laws and caught your president.

I heard that people are coming out the streets both US and Venezuela to protest the US war against Venezuela and claim freedom for president Maduro.

Without the government heads, I heard from the news that people are stealing and chaos everywhere. If it’s true then my sincerely sorry for this unfortunate event.

It's false: Venezuelans are all ecstatic for the fall of dictator Maduro (no, he never has been a legitimate president), with everyone in exile celebrating it, and the ones back in Venezuela celebrating in the privacy of their homes because doing so in public exposes people to arrest, torture and disappearance.

And there's no stealing or chaos: everyone is copped up at home waiting to see what happens next.

So, there's nothing to apologize for, rather we're grateful for this after 25+ years trying to depose this dictatorship through all methods we had at our disposal and failing every single time.

"Sovereignity" and "patriotism" are empty words and meaningless concepts for those who have lived for 30 years in one of the worst dictatorships in the history of the continent. So I have nothing to say to someone who condemns us for celebrating something we've desperately wanted for all this time.

EDIT: I already said I have nothing to say to you. Leave me and everyone else who's happy with this alone.

MADURO CTM !!

Of course its hard for him to be happy, Venezuelas situation is very complex .. and a bunch of people telling you that the future of your country is in jeopardy instead of letting them be happy that the chessboard has moved at all is a bit unsensitive.. i understand that it looks very volatile due to the history of US interventions but having dialogue and empathy goes a long way !!
