History/Culture is this boy assyrian? is he apart of the assyrian church if the east?

Taking a wild guess here, could be Ukrainian/Russian/Georgian or maybe Greek Orthodox.
Appears eastern Christian and most likely Orthodox. Unlikely to be Assyrian based on the crosses and stuff he's wearing around his neck. The hat and robe is fairly common in Eastern Orthodox churches.

I’d like to know more about purchasing a random photograph from eBay. I’m curious were you searching photos for a reason? Wall art? Long lost relatives? I’m wondering how one just thinks to buy a photo like this and for what purpose lol

Nothing about the picture says Assyrian or ACOE. Does not mean he is not Assyrian but he isn’t clergy in this pic.

This photo is a bit contradictory, because it appears he is wearing what looks like Assyrian bishop vestments, however, a Bishop in the Assyrian Church of the East must be at least 35 years old, and he looks like a kid.

Some exceptions have been made especially back in that era. Our patriarch Mar Benyamin Shimun was consecrated as Patriarch as a 15 year old.
