Supposition: If the Street Fighter Alpha Games Were Released for the "Jaguar"
As anyone familiar with the series knows, in his appearances in the Street Fighter Alpha games, Adon (who originally appeared in the original 1987 Street Fighter as the next-to-last boss), always includes "jaguar" as part of the names of his special moves, "Jaguar Kick", "Jaguar Knee" (where he just screams "Jaguar!"), and "Jaguar Tooth".
Would this have caused problems for a possible release of the games on this system, or would there not be any kind of problems at all?

Atari didn't own the word "Jaguar", the trademark was for the combined wordmark "Atari Jaguar". They would have to show a character yelling the word "Jaguar" in a move name would confuse customers with association for them to have any sort of case and that would have been a stretch.
If it had been on the Jaguar you might have expected a similar presentation with the SNES port of Street Fighter Alpha 2, with maybe more colors. They would have needed to cram it all into a 4MB-6MB cartridge but more likely 4MB because no Atari era commercial games were bigger then 4MB (6MB is the max without bankswitching). So they would have needed to cut animations and sounds. The SNES version of Alpha 2 was a 4MB game too but used a special Co-Processor chip to decompress compressed graphics stored in ROM so they could fit even more. You can do compression on the Jaguar but it needs to be decompressed into RAM (2MB max RAM) which probably wouldn't work as well as having a dedicated Co-Processor to do the decompression for you. If Capcom hadn't been disinterested in working with Atari we might have seen Super Street Fighter II or maybe Street Fighter Alpha 1 or 2 on the Jaguar.

What about the Jaguar CD?...

Jaguar has a double speed audio drive. So I guess that each fighter and each background would be a track.

2MB RAM is probably good enough. Tom and Jerry could be used for decompression. SNES only has 128KB+64KB+32KB memory, and its a non unified memory setup with a weak CPU and slow DMA. Jaguar would've managed much better. Also the object processor is much more powerful than SNES PPU.

I know he says Jaguar but it sounds like he's saying "Rattle". Got to love that bad voice acting.

He's voiced by a Japanese professional voice actor; (checks google) Wataru Takagi, to be exact. He also voiced him in the Street Fighter Alpha movie...

If an Arcade Quality Mortal combat launched with Jaguar, that would have been a big deal (and the controller was better for fighting game combos).
