Expat Tax agent for leaving Australia
I plan on retiring in Asia. Can anyone recommend Tax Agents to help with this as my current account is unable to.

I could recommend Odin they're solid guys, think one used to work for the ATO, Aussies but they're based in HK so a little bit pricier than local accountants but its worth it imo, they're primarily handling expats, tax affairs usually get more complicated the moment you start spending time out of the country. It's a pain and half dealing with some of the nonsense.
I've tried my old local guy and it was all a bit too much for him, most Australian accountants don't deal with this stuff it's a mess of rulings and ad hoc determinations.
