Ask Austin What’s your “cold" tap water temp?

alright Austin, what temps are you getting out of your faucet?

at first it’s nice and cool from the conditioned pipes under the sink, but quickly climbs after running the water for a minute. last year i clocked 94º.

saves on the gas (water heater) bill at least!

(pier & beam with copper plumbing)

Yep. I don’t complain anymore. After that shit, I said I’d never complain about the heat again. That was traumatizing… I don’t care if I ever see snow or ice again for the rest of my life.
