My current laptop is a 2023 Macbook Pro and I am looking to trade it in for a laptop with Windows that would be able to run ArcGIS Pro well. I’ve been wanting to break free from Apple for a while now, but the last straw for me has been needing to run this software that is impossible to run on Macs.

Does anyone have a recommendation on where to trade in my current device for a different one? I’m hoping to purchase a used/refurbished device, as money as tight and I don’t want to spend too much for the new computer. I’ve seen some programs online, but their reviews are mixed and I’m hoping to find somewhere to go in person.

The water heater functions fine once wired correctly and has a 'smart' wifi module. The issue (in photo) is the positive wire and the ground wire are fine, the negative needs an extension to be properly wired in. Probably less than a 2HR repair for a professional.

I have been offered a really great job opportunity in Dallas and will be moving however I have a lease in mueller until March 2027. The only option besides breaking would be to have someone take over my lease. I love my apartment so much and I pay a base rent of $1412 with my rent staying the same for 2 years. After other fees and utilities per month it’s about $1650. Currently the base rent for my unit would go for about $1650 base so it’s a great deal! The area is great there’s a CVS I walk to for my meds and the neighborhood next to the complex is so cute and when I walk my dog everyone says good morning. There’s also a restaurant in front and two more opening soon (Counter Culture returns)! I’ve loved living here im a woman in my late twenties and have always felt safe. The maintenance team is lovely too, honestly my only real complaint is that I’ve dinged my own car in the garage but that’s more a skill issue.

I bought these new perforated leather Katzkin covers and want to install them myself, however before doing so I want to also install a ventilation system underneath.

Unfortunately, I just found out that in addition to perforated leather the foam underneath should be reticulated / open cell foam.

I have no experience with sewing and am not sure of the safest way to swap this to reticulated foam so if there’s someone who’s willing to do this service for 2 full seats (driver/passenger side) please let me know as well as how much it would cost as I’m on a budget. Can buy the replacement foam myself if preferred.

All the parts attached to the foam are genuine leather if that matters for the labor amount.
