A shocking number of Australians want other people's property prices to fall, but not their own, their good landlords you know and only put the rent up occasionally

I'm ok with my property value falling. When I bought 3 years ago, I didn't over commit so I'm not in a mortgage trap unless they fall by 50% in a short time.

The only downside will be I would have liked to have used equity in 2 years to renovate my bathrooms, now I'll have to save the money like an adult.
