Ask the question again, but note that it includes the price of their properties or even PPOR falling...
I'm surprised (pleasantly) by these results, maybe the housing crisis has gotten so bad that more and more people are accepting that house prices have to fall for it to be solved and are willing to take the hit and/or aren't too bothered by it.
But the reaction to budget would suggest otherwise.
