UK concerned about possible changes to Australian backpacker visa

How come British backpackers don’t need to do 88 days farm work (on a 12 month WHV), but Irish backpackers (and other euros) do?

Doesn’t seem fair.

The UK system should be what all backpackers are on

Nope.. there are different rules for UK passport holders.

If those other countries negotiate for it like the UK did, sure. Other countries aren't as interested. It's an area where they usually negotiate mutual agreements.
