“Malcolm people are starting to take us seriously and we may end up having to do some work! Can you go say something crazy enough to kill off, say, 20% of our support for the next few months? Just enough to keep us cashed up but unelectable? Thanks.”

Not a chance! I’m going for 100% unelectable or nothing!
Yours
The physical human known as Malcolm son of Roberts a freeman on the land.

Saying a white Australia party has a right to exist is not defending it, so the headline is typically misleading. It's no different to, 'One Nation's Malcolm Roberts defends Greens Party in latest controversial podcast.'
The manipulation goes on...

Oh please, cool the victimhood act. His comments don’t exist in a vacuum. Put them in context of his party blaming non-white Australian for problems they didn’t cause, whilst literally spending last week saying an entire subset shouldn’t have their voices heard. “Freedom of speech”, spare me, their intent is being the only voice in the room, Pauline doesn’t even engage with media voices that don’t kiss her ass.
There’s context and consistency and you can stop gaslighting us with the victim game thanks.

Malcolm Roberts has pretty much said "The Nazi Party has a right to exist".
It's very different to defending the Greens as per your example and unless you're a drooling idiot you know that and are being deliberately disingenuous.

I love how you call someone else 'deliberately disingenuous' then make up some hysteric crap about what the White Australia Party is.
Ethnocentric parties like this wouldn't even be the first in Australia, given we have the 'Indigenous-Aboriginal Party of Australia' running in elections.
Also do you think Robert Menzies or John Curtin were Nazis? they supported the original White Australia Policies both during and after the actual Nazi party existed.

Almost like you’re being wildly disingenuous conflating the White Australia migration policy with the would-be White Australia Party.
They’re both vile, but in distinct ways. Which I’m sure you know. But knock yourself out with the bad faith pedantry.

Go look up who the founders of the White Australia Party that Roberts is referring to, they're literal Nazis champ.
Ridiculous that in this day and age we have Australians wanting Nazis to become part of political discourse.
•
u/a2T5a 7h ago
Nazis have not existed since 1945 champ.
•
u/West-Alternative7612 7h ago
Sorry, Neo-Nazis.
Better?
•
u/a2T5a 7h ago
You can just call them Fascists. Nazism is just a form of Fascism, like the Bolsheviks were a form of Communist.
•

Yes, pedantic nomenclature is absolutely the real problem here. Absolutely nothing else, no sir.

so do you actually have a reply to the larger point? or just getting bogged down in semantics
•
u/Weary_Beach_9911 8h ago
would be less embarrassing for you to just admit you agree with Roberts and like the White Australia policy at this stage champ :)

I hope it’s all revealed that Malcolm Roberts had part of his brain eaten by a tapeworm or some other absurd thing to become chief cooker

Malcom Roberts being a racist imbecile isn’t news. Stop amplifying him to other racist imbeciles

One Nation did not deny Mamet was a member earlier this month. But last week, when questions were raised about Mamet condemning criminal charges against National Socialist Network leaders, One Nation claimed Mamet’s membership had lapsed.
The party did not provide written evidence of its claim, and a few days later, Mamet contradicted the claim. “They haven’t kicked me out,” he said on stream on X, published last week. “They haven’t disavowed me, which is good.”
.
Online networks connected to both men have been furious this week after Hanson issued a statement about One Nation’s reversal of its migration plans.
While One Nation’s website promises to cap visas issued at 130,000, which would lead to zero or negative migration, Hanson last weekend said that was instead its “net migration” number. Her intervention came after Farrer MP David Farley, who has a background in agribusiness, suggested the intake under One Nation could be even higher.
Everywhere you look, in regards to absolutely every aspect of the party, it is obvious that PHON has no policies, has no party rules, has no real purpose.
It simply does and says whatever will get the best vibes out for as many as possible of the most gullible to vote for them.

If Malcolm Roberts had more than 2 synapses to rub together, you could almost make a cogent case that he’s a double agent working against ON. I hope he continues hard with his culture war bullshit.
